This custom made room divider was built to act as a visual screen between a kitchen and living room while providing a striking display for books and other objects. It also allows light to pass through and casts interesting shadows in the morning sun. Some shelve compartments were designed larger to display lamps and vases while others were designed to be used for books and smaller objects.
